In the small countries in Italy, in winter the pig is killed, "Non buttare niente del maiale"(Don't throw anything of the pig. The grandmothers used the blood to make the "Sanguinaccio", a special chocolate cream in the carnival period. The kill of the animals is one of the most delicates topics of the food humans production. Many cultures who respect the nature law but especially the timing, the seasons, today were lost or their risk to do. My project start from my view of life. Is it right take just what we need from mother nature, with respect, not killing thousand of poor animals like things.
